“It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!”

“Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be.”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“I really didn’t get to enjoy services . Electricity was out once I returned from visiting family. I was moved next door to the comfort inn.”

“I did not partake in Breakfast. Parking was convenient. My issue was my reservation. I reserved a King Suite & upon arrival was informed there were none available & I would be given a double bed, which was NOT what I wanted ”

“I love the breakfast, swimming pool, room and the sofa bed! BUT be careful, they need to charge your parking fee $21.99. So so so expensive! I've over looked it. Be honest, if I know it before, I'll not go this hotel!”

“The shuttle bus driver was good and professional to help me get to the hotel. But when I was checking in, I was told I checked in already! 🤔. They made mistakes to check in someone else to my reservation and called them to come to the front desk at 12:30 Am to change room!! That was terrible!! The room is clean and comfortable big bed. The window curtains can’t cover the windows completely, lights coming in from outside. I like sleeping in a dark room. Hope they can improve those.”

“I went to check in and was told by the young girl that I already checked in. Impossible since I drove 7 hours and just not got there. Then she said she has a card on file already and again I say that’s not mine. I even asked if someone else is going to be in my room and she says No. I go to my room and guess what. There are 3 bags in there. I call the girl who says I will have to come back down and talk to the supervisor then hangs up on me. I try calling back and she won’t answer. I had two...

“This hotel was a wonderful experience where they spared no expense to ensure that everyone who stays there feels the same way. We will return, I’m sure.”
